Introductions to the group members. Go over group rules. Ice breaker activity. Create group logo. Bead craft. 

 

Week 2  9/11/2025

Paint Night- Join us this Thursday for our Paint Night! We will have 3 different painting prompts to choose from, to give you freedom in creating what you are led to create!

SKIP A WEEK/NO GROUP MEETING ON 9/18/2025

 

Week 3  9/25/2025

Poetry Night- Join us tonight in creating and reading poetry. 

 

Week 4  10/2/2025

Dance Night- Get moving as we play all our favorite songs and dance together! Dress-up if your led to!

 

Week 5 10/9/2025

Bead Night- Come relax, drink some hot cocoa and make some bead creations. We have the melting Perler beads and regular string beads. Letters/hearts/stars/gems. 

 

Week 6  10/16/2025

Drama Night - Come reenact the Inside Out emotions tonight, Channel your inner inside out feelings within your supportive Group!

 

Week 7  10/23/2025

Singing Night- Lets pick out our favorite songs and sing along on this Karaoke night!

 

Week 8  10/30/2025

Closure Session- As our group comes to an end, we discuss our favorite expressive arts activities, we will have our last group craft, and you will leave with your very own journal!
